Two Detectives: The Bellweather Astrolabe

A brass astrolabe has vanished from the Bellweather Museum. In this free visual prototype, the Field detective inspects the scene while the Desk detective works with the museum's records. Neither has the whole case.

Bring one friend

1. Open the game on two separate screens and choose different roles: Field and Desk.
2. Talk in person or on your usual call. Describe your findings without showing your partner your screen.
3. Compare clues, agree on each deduction, and enter the answer on both screens. Wait for each other before continuing.

One experimental case

Inspect a rendered museum scene and detailed evidence, adjust a clock, compare possible exits, and combine your findings to identify the thief. Three connected deductions include progressive hints, recoverable mistakes, a notebook, and a full explanation.

This is one fixed case: replaying repeats its solution. It is a prototype of a richer detective game, and playtime has not been measured with human players.

Each role saves progress on its own device when browser storage is available. This edition uses manual coordination; it has no online rooms or automatic synchronization.
